The Sandy Run Baptist Association is a fellowship of like-minded churches that partner together to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Sandy Run Baptist Association is comprised of 65 churches located throughout the Rutherford and Cleveland counties in western North Carolina. Our churches do mission work from local to global projects and partnerships. “Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples: baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the Lord and His churches in prayer, evangelism, discipleship, missions and spiritual awakening. We partner with Southern Baptist churches, the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and the Southern Baptist Convention.
